Job title	Financial Accounting Manager
What you'll do	UNITY ZERO is in search of an experienced financial accounting expert. Financial accounting manager work alongside our co-founders as a key member. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions including cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll. And this person will be involved in financial affairs and helps coordination, collection and preparation of various financial reports.
Duties & Responsibilities	・Managing the day-to-day accounting functions ・Financial reporting ・Capital policy development/financing/cash management ・IPO preparation work ・Managing Securities Company ・Handling communication with Auditors ・Planning and implementation of an IR strategy
Location	TOKYO Ginza Six 13F 6-10-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
Qualifications	Minimum Qualifications ・A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required ・Good command of English ・3+ years of experience with a background in accounting/finance (or related experience) Preferred Qualifications ・Startup experience ・Management experience ・Good working knowledge of international financial reporting standards ・Hands-on experience with accounting software packages
